Ceret is a pretty fortified village of 7800 inhabitants in the heart of the Albères (Pyrénées Orientales), between the sea and the Pyrenees with a view of the Canigou mountain. 12 km from the Spanish frontier and 35 km from Perpignan, it's famous for its festivals and the first harvest of cherries in France, with its Mediterranean climate.
The constrution of this house is of very good quality with thick, solid walls, and it has been carefully restored with good taste.
